Eligibility for Refunds:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Services that have already been rendered are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellation:

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If the payment has been processed, a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
