Exchange Policy

At Bin Dawood Universe, we aim to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • The item is not a non-exchangeable product (see Section 4).

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

3. Exchange Processing Time

Once your exchange request is approved, it may take 7-14 business days to process. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a similar product or store credit.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods

5. Shipping Costs for Exchange

If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
